These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of this website and the Execution Squad program. The site and the program are operated by Nova9, Inc., a Delaware corporation ("Nova9", "we", "us", "our"), with mailing address at 2810 N Church St STE 89428, Wilmington, DE 19802, United States. By purchasing a membership or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

The program and what is included

Execution Squad is an online business education program. It teaches founders to land paying clients with AI tools. There is one program. Every plan gets all of it, and all of it is open the day you pay. An active membership includes:

The 90-day roadmap, in 3 parts: MORE, BETTER and NEW. It is a day-by-day list of tasks, Day 1 to Day 90. Its days are published on a rolling schedule.
Execution Squad: the 6 AI employees you install on your own computer, and the updates to them as they ship. The previous version, with its lessons and upgrades, stays in the classroom.
Hot seats: live group calls where member questions are worked through by name, with replays inside the platform. We promise a count, not a frequency: at least 24 hot seats inside any 180 days. We currently aim for one per week. The schedule can change on 30 days notice, and a membership already underway still gets its 24 inside the 180 days it is in.
The member community platform (Execution Squad), including Threads, Classroom, and Calendar, where questions are also answered in threads.
What to sell, the Idea Browser, the Tool discounts, the templates, and the working files the program teaches with.

All materials are delivered digitally through this website. Execution Squad is an educational program. Nothing in your membership constitutes legal, financial, tax, or professional advice.

Account registration

To access the program, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. One account per person. Account sharing is not permitted.

Plans and pricing

Execution Squad Founder is the one plan on sale. It is 12 months of Execution Squad from the day you pay, with the Founder guarantee. There are two ways to pay for it, and both buy the same access:

$1,997 USD once. Charged at checkout. Nothing is charged again.
3 payments of $697 USD. The first at checkout, then 1 a month for 2 more months, then it stops. Nothing is charged after the 3rd payment. The 3 payments are one purchase: if a payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you, and if it stays unpaid, or the payments are stopped before the 3rd, access pauses and the Founder guarantee ends.
No renewal. At the end of the 12 months nothing is charged. You may choose to stay on at $129 USD a month; nothing is charged unless you choose it.
The Founder price rises on a published rule. It goes up $100 for every 100 Founder members and never comes back down. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout on the day you buy.

Until September 25, 2026 we sold one product with two ways to pay, and neither is on sale now. The terms below stay in force for every member on them. Both are subscriptions, both give the same access, and neither buys more content, more calls, or more of Chris than the other.

Monthly: $129 USD per month. Billed to the card you provide at checkout, and then again every month until the renewal is turned off. Your access continues for as long as the subscription is active. There is no cancellation fee.
Yearly: $997 USD per year. Billed at checkout and then again every 12 months until the renewal is turned off. That is eight months of the monthly price for twelve months of access.
The yearly price is held for the 12 months you bought. If the published price rises during your year, your renewal price stays the price you joined at for that year. This is the only thing the yearly plan buys that the monthly plan does not.
The price rises on a published ladder. The listed price goes up every 100 members and never comes back down. The price you are charged is always the price shown at checkout on the day you buy. A price change never applies to a subscription that stays continuously active: as long as your subscription keeps renewing, you keep the price you joined at.
Stop paying and come back later and you pay the price listed at that time. Your original price does not return.
Closed plans. The $129 per month and $997 per year plans were withdrawn from sale on September 25, 2026. Members on them keep renewing at that price, on that schedule, untouched, and everything in force when they joined still applies, the yearly price hold included. The $897 per 180 days plan was withdrawn on September 12, 2026. Members on it keep renewing on that plan, at that price, on that 180-day schedule, untouched. They are not moved to monthly or yearly billing and their price does not change. The $397 per month Execution Squad membership was withdrawn on August 30, 2026. The $997 24-Week Build, the $197 per month Membership and the $597 90-Day Sprint were withdrawn on August 16, 2026. Anyone who bought a closed plan keeps the access and the terms that applied at purchase; a recurring closed plan keeps renewing at its own price until it is stopped, and is not converted to a current plan. Members who bought a recurring plan before August 7, 2026 likewise keep that plan and that price for as long as it stays continuously active. If a member on any closed plan stops the renewal, that price is gone, and any future purchase is made at the then-current listed price.

The ways out

Every one of these is written out in full further down this page. They are collected here so you can see the whole set at once.

The Founder guarantee. On Execution Squad Founder, do all the work in the guarantee inside 90 days and still have no paying client, and you get back what you paid. The conditions are in the Founder guarantee below.
No refunds on the monthly, yearly and closed plans. Everything is open to you the moment you pay, so there is no trial and no refund of any kind on a purchase of those plans.
Stopping the renewal. Turn the renewal off in your account settings before the renewal date. That stops the next charge and leaves you the access you have already paid for, to the end of the period you paid for.
A charge on a dormant account: refunded. If a payment goes through and you had not signed in once since the payment before it, tell us within 30 days and we refund that payment and close the membership. Once per member.

Purchases made before September 2, 2026 keep the terms that were in force when they were made.

Payment and billing

All prices are listed in USD. Payments are billed by Nova9, Inc. and processed securely through Stripe. Execution Squad Founder is charged once, or in 3 monthly payments, and never renews. The monthly and yearly plans are charged at checkout and then on every renewal date until the renewal is turned off. We never store your full card number on our servers.

The monthly and yearly plans renew themselves. Saying it plainly, because it is the one term people are most often surprised by. On the monthly plan you are charged $129 every month; on the yearly plan, $997 every 12 months. It does not stop on its own. It stops when you turn the renewal off in account settings, which takes a few clicks. We do not require an email, a call, or a reason.

Legacy billing note. Members still on a closed or legacy recurring plan continue to be charged on their existing schedule and price until they stop the renewal. That includes the $897 per 180 days plan: it keeps renewing at $897 every 180 days, and nothing about it changes. Members who joined through Whop before we moved billing to Stripe remain billed through Whop for those grandfathered subscriptions. No new purchases are processed through Whop.

How to stop paying

Execution Squad Founder never renews, so there is nothing to turn off. On 3 payments of $697, stopping the payments before the 3rd pauses access and ends the Founder guarantee.

On the monthly and yearly plans, you stop the renewal from your account settings, before the renewal date. No email required, no phone call, and no retention offer stands between you and the button. Stopping it ends future charges and keeps the access you have already paid for, to the end of the period you paid for: the rest of the month on the monthly plan, the rest of the 12 months on the yearly plan. The end date is shown to you when you do it. You are not charged again.

If you are on a legacy recurring plan, you stop the renewal the same way, from your account settings, or by emailing hi@aichrislee.com. It takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

Stopping the renewal does not by itself entitle you to a refund, and coming back later means joining at the price listed on that day. Your original price does not return.

The Founder guarantee

For Execution Squad Founder only. Do everything below inside 90 days of your purchase and still have no paying client: you get back what you paid.

Act 1, the first client

Offer.The offer page is done and approved in Threads. Proof: the Threads post and Chris's OK.
MVP. 30 MVPs for 30 real, named businesses. Proof: each MVP link posted in Threads.
Close.30 sales calls, with a price and a payment link on every one. Proof: each call recorded, graded by Chloe (the kit's sales skill), and the debrief handed in at a hot seat; every call logged in squad/pipeline.md.

Act 2, the lane

You pick 1 lane on day 5 of the 90-day roadmap: Outreach, Content or Ads. Days 5 to 9 set it up. Only that lane counts, and it counts from day 10. A second lane you add later is not a condition.

Outreach.1,000 cold emails every week, to a list scraped exactly the way the kit teaches, sent from pre-warmed inboxes bought on day 5, with a bounce rate under 3% every week. Proof: that week's Instantly numbers posted in Threads.
Content. 1 short every day and 3 long-form videos every week. Proof: the public links.
Ads.1 new ad every day, with at least $50 a day in ad spend, your own money. Proof: that week's Ads Manager numbers posted in Threads.

Hot seats. 10 attended inside the 90 days. Chris keeps the attendance.

How a claim works

The window is day 90 to day 104 after your purchase. Write to hi@aichrislee.com inside it.
The proof is checked against each condition above, and Chris decides.
The refund is what you actually paid us. Money you spent on advertising or third-party tools is not ours and is not refunded. Membership ends when the refund is issued.
On 3 payments of $697, the guarantee holds once all 3 payments are made. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and emails you. If it stays unpaid, access pauses and the guarantee ends. Nobody is chased past that.

Results differ by person. What is certain: the conditions above are the work that produces a first client, and the money comes back to anyone who did all of it and still has none.

No guarantee, no refunds on the monthly, yearly and closed plans

The monthly and yearly plans and every closed plan carry no guarantee and no refund. They do not promise a first client, an income, or any result, and a purchase of one is not refundable. Everything in the membership is open to you the moment you pay: the installed system, every published lesson, the hot seats, the threads and the updates. That is why there is no trial and no refund of any kind, partial, prorated or unused-time.

What we do stand behind: the skills are kept current, the lessons are built so you can apply them the easiest way, the squad does the parts of the work most people find hardest, and the membership keeps being updated for as long as you are in.

Money you spent on advertising or third-party tools is not ours and is not refunded. Outside the dormant-charge refund below there is no trial and no partial, prorated, or unused-time refund. Turn the renewal off before your renewal date if you do not want to be charged again.

If a charge looks wrong to you, write to hi@aichrislee.com before you file a dispute with your bank. A dispute freezes the money while it runs and neither of us can fix anything until it closes. Billing mail is answered by us, not by a support desk.

The dormant-charge refund

If a payment goes through on your card and you had not signed in to the platform once since the payment before it, we refund that payment and close the membership. Email hi@aichrislee.com within 30 days of the charge and say which charge you mean.

We decide it from the login record. Your account stores the time of every sign-in, and we read those times against the two payment dates. No sign-in between the two payments means the refund is owed and we pay it. A sign-in between them means this section does not apply and the ordinary rules above do. You are told which way the record read.

The limits, stated plainly. It covers one charge, once per member, and it is the charge you name in that email. It is not available for a term you signed in during. Membership ends when the refund is issued.

We wrote this in because a charge for a term nobody opened is not money we want to hold, and because the login record settles the question without either side having to remember anything.

No income guarantees

Execution Squad is an educational program. We do not guarantee any specific income, revenue, or business results. Results shared on our website, emails, or social media are not typical. Your results depend on your effort, skills, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control. Any income figures or results mentioned are examples only. They should not be considered average or guaranteed outcomes. The Founder guarantee above promises a refund on its conditions; it does not promise income. See our Earnings Disclosure.

Intellectual property

All content, templates, code, tools, and materials provided through Execution Squad are owned by Nova9, Inc. and protected by copyright. Your membership grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, share, or publicly post our materials.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Share your account credentials or access with others
Copy, redistribute, or resell any program materials
Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse-engineer or scrape the platform
Harass, abuse, or threaten other members or staff
Record or redistribute live calls without permission

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nova9, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for your membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You can stop your own renewal from your account settings before the renewal date. Members on a legacy plan do the same, from their account settings or by emailing us. Stopping the renewal does not by itself entitle you to a refund.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
